Micup is a text, voice and video chat application with servers, channels and direct messages. You can share your screen, post to the feed and build your community. It runs in the browser, on Windows and on Android. Creating an account and using Micup is free. Micup Plus and cosmetic items are optional purchases. Cosmetic items are one-time purchases. You can buy Micup Plus once or start it as an automatically renewing subscription; a subscription starts only if you choose and confirm it, and you can cancel it at any time. In the Android application installed from Google Play, Plus is sold only as a Google Play subscription (monthly or yearly); see Google Play subscription on Android.

• Feed: posting and following
• File uploads up to 25 MB, messages up to 2,000 characters

2. Micup Plus

Micup Plus is a digital service that unlocks extra features on your account for the period you buy.

The amounts in the table are the total for each period. The checkout screen shows the final amount, with the currency and any tax for your country.

What Plus includes:

• File uploads up to 500 MB (25 MB on free)
• Messages up to 4,000 characters (2,000 on free)
• Option to share your screen at up to 4K and 60 fps (actual quality depends on your connection and device)
• Animated avatar and animated profile banner
• Use of the profile decorations marked as included with Plus in the Shop, while your Plus is active
• Plus member discount on cosmetic items in the Shop (the rate is shown in the Shop)

One-time package

The Plus period starts when the payment is confirmed and ends at the end of the package period. When it ends, your account returns to free use; your card is not charged again. To continue, you buy again.

Automatically renewing subscription

• When you are charged: the first payment is taken when you buy; Plus starts when the payment is confirmed. After that, at the end of each period (1, 3 or 12 months), the same amount in the same currency is charged to the payment method you used for the first payment or updated later. The next payment date is shown in Settings › Micup Plus.
• Explicit consent: the subscription does not start until you tick the box on the checkout screen that shows the period amount, the currency and how often it renews. The box is not pre-ticked.
• The price stays fixed: the subscription is offered at the normal list price; campaign discounts do not apply to it. The amount, currency and period are set at your first purchase. If the price list or the exchange rate changes later, the amount of your existing subscription does not change.
• Paddle is the seller: on micup.gg, subscriptions are sold only through Paddle; there are no subscriptions through Payriff. Paddle sends you emails with your receipt and a link to manage the subscription. For the Google Play subscription in the Android application, see Google Play subscription on Android.
• Who can start one: an account has one subscription at a time. A new subscription cannot be started while your account has unexpired Plus time (such as a one-time package or a gift) or Micup Visionary; a subscription is not added on top of existing time, so you can start one after your current time ends. Nor can one be started while your Google Play subscription runs (if you cancelled it, until its paid period or grace period ends) or while it is on hold or paused. One-time Plus cannot be bought while a subscription is running, or before the paid period of a subscription you cancelled has ended; you can keep buying cosmetic items. Subscriptions are offered in countries where payment is made with Paddle.

Cancelling the subscription

• In the application, go to Settings › Micup Plus and choose Cancel subscription. You can also use the management link in Paddle's email or paddle.net.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Plus stays on until that date, and you are not charged again. The cancellation date is shown in Settings › Micup Plus.
• If you change your mind before the period ends, you can undo the cancellation in the same place; the subscription continues as before.
• To change your payment method, use Update payment method in Settings › Micup Plus.
• If you request account deletion, the subscription is cancelled at once to end with the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again. Withdrawing the deletion request does not undo this cancellation; you can subscribe again once the period ends.

If a payment fails

If a renewal payment cannot be taken (for example, because your card has expired), Paddle tries again and a payment problem notice appears in Settings › Micup Plus. Plus lasts until the end of the period that has been paid for and continues once the new period's payment is taken. If the payment cannot be taken, Paddle may cancel the subscription and tells you by email.

Google Play subscription on Android

In the Android application installed from Google Play, Micup Plus is sold only through Google Play, as an automatically renewing subscription.

In other countries, Google Play's local price for that country applies. The price, currency and taxes on Google Play vary by the country you are in and may differ from the prices on micup.gg; the final amount is shown on the Google Play payment screen before you confirm. The 3-month subscription, one-time Plus packages and cosmetic items are not sold in the Android application; you can buy them on micup.gg.

• Seller: Asim Abdullazade, the holder of the personal developer account that publishes on Google Play under the name Eph Games; O Group MMC is not the seller of this sale. In the countries Google specifies, such as the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, Google handles the sale as the seller's agent, acting as Merchant of Record.
• Payment: Google Play takes the payment; you are charged every month or every year to the payment method in your Google account. Google sends the receipt.
• Cancelling: you cancel in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for; Plus stays on until that date. Uninstalling the application does not cancel the subscription.
• If a payment fails: Google Play tries again; Plus stays on during a grace period of 7 days for the monthly and 14 days for the yearly subscription. If the payment still cannot be taken in that time, the subscription is put on hold and Plus ends; it continues once you update your payment method in Google Play and the payment is taken.
• If the price changes: a new price applies to new subscriptions. If the price of your existing subscription changes, Google Play tells you in advance under Google's rules.
• Who can start one: a Google Play subscription cannot be started while your account has a renewing micup.gg (Paddle) subscription or Micup Visionary. While your Google Play subscription runs, and while it is on hold or paused, a Paddle subscription cannot be started on micup.gg. One-time Plus time on your account is not lost, and while the subscription runs you can also buy one-time Plus on micup.gg; this time is added after the periods of the Google Play subscription.
• Account deletion: when the 14-day waiting period after a deletion request ends, the subscription is cancelled so that it does not renew; if a renewal date falls within that period you may be charged. If you do not want that, cancel the subscription in Google Play before requesting deletion.

3. Cosmetic items

Digital appearance items such as avatar decorations, name plates, profile effects and ultra decorations. Each is bought once and assigned to your account; it cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for money.

A campaign discount and the Plus member discount (cosmetic items only) can lower this amount. The final amount you pay is shown in the application before payment.

4. How to buy

Sign in with your Micup account, open the Micup Plus or Shop section in the application and choose the product. For Plus, you choose the one-time or the automatically renewing option. You confirm after seeing the final amount on the checkout screen. When the payment is confirmed, the product is assigned to your account; there is no physical delivery.

5. Payment and seller

• Base prices are in US dollars.
• Paddle orders: payment is collected in US dollars (it may be in Turkish lira depending on your country); the seller is Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment, invoicing and taxes; the final amount and any VAT are shown on the checkout screen before you confirm.
• Payriff orders (transition period): payment is collected in Azerbaijani manat (AZN); the Turkish lira amount shown in the application is for information only. The seller is O Group MMC.
• Google Play orders (Android application): the seller is Asim Abdullazade, the holder of the Google Play developer account (see Google Play subscription on Android). Google Play takes the payment; the final amount, currency and taxes are shown on the Google Play payment screen before you confirm.
• On micup.gg, an automatically renewing subscription is always a Paddle order; in the Android application there is only the Google Play subscription.
• The checkout screen and your receipt show which provider is used. Your card details never reach Micup.

6. Refunds

You get a full refund of any payment, subscription renewal payments included, if you ask within 14 days of the payment date; no reason is needed. Details and how to ask are in the Refund Policy.

• If a subscription payment is refunded, that payment's period is taken off your Plus time and the subscription ends at once; you are not charged again.
• Cancelling the subscription is not a refund on its own: it only stops future renewals, and Plus stays on until the end of the period you have paid for. If you want the last payment back, ask for it within 14 days.
• For a Google Play subscription, you ask for the refund in Google Play or by writing to us; see Refund Policy 3.3.
