Refund Policy

Effective: 31 October 2026 · Version: 2.2 · pr@premate.gg

This Refund Policy sets out how refunds work for purchases made on micup.gg and for Google Play purchases made in the Android application installed from Google Play. It supplements section 11 of the Terms of Service. Micup is operated by O Group MMC (Aslanbayli Village, Qazax, AZ3500, Azerbaijan; VÖEN 4202413611).

1. Scope

This policy covers the following products:

All of these products are digital and are assigned to your account when the payment is confirmed. There is no physical delivery.

The checkout screen and your receipt state which payment provider the purchase was made through:

2. Full refund within 14 days

You get a full refund for any order you ask to refund within 14 days of the purchase date. This rule is the same for Micup Plus, Micup Visionary and cosmetic items, whichever payment provider you paid with. You do not need to give a reason.

For an automatically renewing subscription, the first payment and each renewal payment are separate purchases; the 14 days run from that payment's date.

If you notice a duplicate charge, a product that did not activate on your account because of a technical fault, the wrong product on your account, or a charge for a subscription you cancelled taken after the cancellation took effect, after the 14 days, write to us as well; we refund those cases too.

This policy does not narrow the rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

3. How to request a refund

3.1. Paddle orders. Use the support link in Paddle's receipt email, or find your order at paddle.net and request a refund there. You can also write to pr@premate.gg and we will pass your request to Paddle for the refund.

3.2. Payriff orders. Write to pr@premate.gg with your username, the payment date and your order number.

3.3. Google Play orders. You can ask Google Play for a refund; Google assesses the request under its own rules (Google Play refund policy). If Google does not refund, or if you prefer to write to us directly, write to pr@premate.gg with your username and your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA and is shown in Google's receipt email); in the cases in section 2, we issue the refund through Google Play on the seller's behalf.

Do not send card numbers, security codes or passwords.

3.4. We process requests sent to us within 5 business days at the latest. The refund is made to the payment method you used, through the order's provider (Paddle, Payriff or Google Play). How long it takes to reach your account depends on your bank.

4. After a refund

The refunded Micup Plus time and the refunded cosmetic item are removed from your account. For refunds of subscription payments, 5.3 applies, and for a Google Play subscription, 5.4.

5. Automatically renewing subscription

5.1. Cancellation. You can cancel the subscription at any time in the application under Settings › Micup Plus, through the management link in Paddle's email or at paddle.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for; Plus continues until that date and you are not charged for anything after it.

5.2. Cancelling and refunds are separate. Cancelling only stops future renewals; it is not a refund on its own. You can ask for a refund of your last payment separately within 14 days of that payment's date, in the ways set out in section 3; having cancelled does not affect this right.

5.3. After a refund. If a subscription payment is refunded or reversed by a chargeback, the Plus time for that payment's period is removed from your account and the subscription is cancelled at once; you are not charged for later periods. Plus time you received through another payment or a gift is not affected.

5.4. Google Play subscription. 5.1 to 5.3 are for Paddle subscriptions. You cancel a Google Play subscription in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for and is not a refund on its own. If Google Play refunds the subscription's last payment or reverses it by a chargeback, Plus ends at once. When we issue the refund, the subscription also ends at once and you are not charged for later periods. If Google issued the refund, check on Google Play's subscriptions page that the subscription has been cancelled; if it has not and you do not want it to renew, cancel it as well. Plus time you received through another payment or a gift is not affected.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a problem with a payment, please contact us or the payment provider on your receipt before opening a dispute with your bank; a refund request within 14 days is met this way. Your right to a lawful dispute is reserved.
