What is Micup Plus and how much does it cost?
Micup (micup.gg) Plus is an optional package that unlocks extra features on your account: USD 1.99 for 1 month, USD 5.37 for 3 months or USD 19.13 for 12 months. You can buy each package once or start it as an automatically renewing subscription on micup.gg; a one-time package does not renew when it ends, and you can cancel a subscription at any time.

How much are the Plus packages?
Base prices are in US dollars. The checkout screen shows the final amount, with the currency and any tax for your country, before you confirm.

What is the difference between free and Plus?
Servers, text, voice and video chat, screen sharing, the Feed and 3D rooms all work without Plus. Plus changes these limits and appearance options:

How do you buy Plus?
The checkout screen and your receipt show which provider takes the payment (Paddle or Payriff). Your card details never reach Micup.
On micup.gg, subscriptions are sold only through Paddle and offered in countries where payment is made with Paddle. A subscription does not start until you tick the box on the checkout screen that shows the period amount and how often it renews.
In the Android app, Plus is sold only as a Google Play subscription, monthly or yearly: USD 1.99 a month or USD 19.13 a year in the USA, and the local Google Play price elsewhere. One-time packages, the 3-month option and cosmetic items are bought on micup.gg.
- Sign in to your Micup account and open the Micup Plus section in the app.
- Pick the 1, 3 or 12 month package and choose one-time or automatically renewing.
- Check the final amount on the checkout screen and confirm. Once the payment is confirmed, Plus is added to your account.
How do you cancel the subscription?
In the app, go to Settings › Micup Plus and choose “Cancel subscription”; you can also use the management link in Paddle's email. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you paid for: Plus stays on until then, and you are not charged again.
If you change your mind before the period ends, you can undo the cancellation in the same place. The subscription is offered at the normal list price and its amount is set at your first purchase; if the price list changes later, your existing subscription keeps its amount.
How much are cosmetics and 3D outfit parts?
Cosmetic items are bought once, separately from Plus, and assigned to your account; they cannot be moved to another account. Outfit parts for the 3D rooms are also sold one by one in the Shop. Everyone enters a 3D room with a ready-made default look, and all faces, some hairstyles and 5 moves are free.

How do refunds work?
You get a full refund of any payment, including subscription renewals, if you ask within 14 days of that payment; you do not need to give a reason. The rule is the same for Plus and cosmetic items.
For Paddle orders, ask through the link in your receipt email or on paddle.net; for Payriff orders, write to the address on the Support page. For a Google Play subscription, ask in Google Play or by writing to that address. Requests are processed within 5 business days. Cancelling a subscription is not a refund on its own; ask for a refund of your last payment separately within 14 days.
Frequently asked questions
Does Micup Plus renew automatically?
Only if you choose the subscription. A one-time package does not renew and your card is not charged again when it ends. With the subscription, the same amount is charged at the end of each period until you cancel it in Settings › Micup Plus; Plus then stays on until the paid period ends.
Do I need Plus to use 3D rooms?
No. 3D rooms and the default look are open to everyone. Extra outfit parts are sold separately in the Shop.
When does my Plus time start?
It starts when the payment is confirmed. A one-time package ends when its period is over; a subscription renews at the end of each period.
Which currency are prices in?
Base prices are in US dollars. The checkout screen shows the final amount in the currency for your country, with any tax.
