What's in the Coffeehouse room?
Coffeehouse is one of five 3D rooms on Micup (micup.gg): a Turkish coffeehouse where you sit down at a table as your avatar and play board games while talking in a voice channel. The room has 3 four-player game tables, 12 seats and a TV for screen sharing, and the tables run okey, okey 101, backgammon, chess, Turkish draughts and draughts.

What can you do in the Coffeehouse?
Coffeehouse has more game tables than any other Micup room. People who are not playing can follow a game from the 6 watching seats next to the tables.
- Sit down at a table and drag the pieces across the 3D board.
- Talk while you play. With "3D audio" on, each voice comes from where that person is sitting.
- After a game, move to the seats to chat, or open someone's screen share on the TV with "Watch".
- Wave, dance or send an emoji reaction to the people at your table.
How many players does each game take, and how fast is it?
Okey is played with 106 tiles and an indicator tile. In backgammon each player has 15 checkers, and the win counts as a gammon (mars) if the loser has borne off none.

What happens if your connection drops mid-game?
If your connection drops, the game waits 30 seconds for you. A player who runs out of time on 2 moves in a row loses the game.
Up to 50 people can watch a single table.
How do you add the Coffeehouse to a voice channel?
Pick Coffeehouse under "Room theme" in the channel settings. This needs the Manage channels permission in that channel. Everyone who joins starts in a free seat.

Is playing okey in the Coffeehouse free?
Yes. Entering the room and playing at the tables are free. What costs money is most of the outfit parts in the shop.
How many people can be in the Coffeehouse?
There is no 3D-specific cap on people. Up to 48 characters are drawn on screen and the rest show as profile pictures; walking is on for up to 32 people. The room has 12 seats, 12 places across 3 tables, 6 watching seats and 12 standing spots.
Does the Coffeehouse work on a phone?
No. 3D rooms and their game tables open on a computer, in the browser or the desktop app. On a phone you join the same channel in the flat view.
